Is it Old Pipes or Leprechauns?

Have strange things been happening with your old pipes? Have you been wondering if you need to repipe or perhaps you have uninvited guests? With St. Patrick’s Day fast approaching many leprechauns are arriving in Los Angeles early to get a head start on the festivities. You know what the Irish are famous for, and it’s definitely not knitting. Yes, leprechauns and many humans of Irish descent love certain “beverages” (hint – the kind you find at parties). So, what does this have to do with you and your pipes?

When you turn on a tap do you hear strange noises? Does the water look dirty like maybe a bunch of leprechauns have been bathing in it? Is your water pressure dropping as if some of the water was being diverted elsewhere? (i.e. leprechaun showers). When you are having a shower or washing the dishes does the water sometimes become ice cold or scalding hot for no apparent reason? (Leprechauns are quite mischievous and love to play practical jokes on people.)

If you have answered yes to any of the above questions you may have a problem. It could be leprechauns. They can be quite a nuisance, especially when they get all juiced up around St. Patrick’s Day. The problem, however, may be more serious. Your pipes might be corroding and you are experiencing signs that you need to replace them soon.

Pipes that are wearing out can start to create a lot of problems for homeowners. High water bills, damage from leaks and of course plumbing costs are just a few.

Repiping Professionals has been in operation since 1948 and we are leaders in the repiping industry. We offer two excellent types of piping – copper pipes and PEX piping. One of our professional technicians can come to your home and give you a free, in-home inspection and discuss your options. And if all you need is a leprechaun removal, we can do that too. Give us a call.
